At Choices LLC Screening Services, we provide thorough drug and alcohol testing services designed to meet the needs of various industries. Phlebotomy Services
Bring in your lab order or create your own. Kathy has been a phlebotomist since 2010 and was starting IV's since 2009. Kathy currently is a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA (AAMA). I do work with a few labs that accept health insurance. HSA cards can be tried with the credit card program, but they usually do not work.
FYI: It would be in your provider's best interest to accept results from outside sources. It is a violation of the "Patient Choice" Rights, if they do not. As a patient, you have the right to choose who provides you with health care services such as where you get your phlebotomy (blood draws, urine collections) services through. Choices LLC Screening Services, can provide you with lab testing options that cost far less than your providers lab. We can also take the time you need to explain what each test is for and if you have fainting issues, we can help make you comfortable.
